I initially stopped in to see if I could get a tire with a slow leak repaired without an appointment (which wasn't possible at that time), but was able to schedule an appointment later the same day. When I arrived for my appointment my car was taken in immediately for the leak to be assessed. Within 10 minutes an employee let me know what was wrong with the tire and what all my options were to get the tire fixed. He was very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions.
