  My wife and I were traveling through the area on vacation when our low tire pressure light came on. We stopped in the Oxford, PA store and they got us in on a busy Saturday to check to make sure we did not have a slow leak after traveling 1000 miles on these tires. They took fantastic care of us and showed us that there was no leak, but they aired the tire up for us and didn’t charge us anything. Even though we don’t live in the area and won’t be able to use them, I would highly recommend them for their tremendous service.

  Had a very positive experience. Made an appointment online because my sensor was reading low tire pressure. Brought it in to be checked out and there was a nail in my tire. Was repaired at no charge which was a nice surprise. Will definitely use this vendor for future tire needs. Brice was extremely friendly over the phone and in person!

  I came in on Thursday to see about ordering 2 tires and was told I could get them Saturday and had appt for 11:30 am. I dropped car off Friday night as I had to be somewhere Saturday morning. I received no phone calls all day. I came back Saturday at 4:30 pm. The car was not done. There was an issue with lifting it, understood. But no call??? Remember 11:30 appt. It’s a small Aveo, they could have changed all tires in the hrs that they had it. I asked that they put new tires on front, and older tires on back. They waited until I got there at 4:30 to tell me the problem and that they are putting both new on the back. Now I sit waiting for them to not do what I asked. Only excuse is they e been busy. Too busy to call a customer and tell them what is going on?? On an up note they did discount and didn’t charge me for balancing. But does that mean they didn’t balance it? Two tire replaced and balance in 30 mins??

  Stopped in with a persistent loss of tire pressure in one tire. Was immediately greeted by Brice, who could not have been more helpful. Even though I did not have an appointment, he made room for me and got my problem (a nail, of course) sorted out and my tire plugged in great time. The whole crew there was friendly and professional. I even stopped by and dropped off a tray of brownies and pastries on my way back to NY the next day to say thank you. Keep up the good work and give Brice a big thank-you from me.   I have a Nissan SUV which had a bad tire leak. I Called Oxford Pa Mavis they gave me a reservation. Zach took my information but I was worried it would be new tires or bent rim - something pricey. I received fast service and good news....a nail which was fixable! I cannot say enough good things about this location but I'll try. Fast, professional, competent, honest and courteous service! thank you! I'll be back!
