After trying 3 different gas stations, and being unable to fill my tires, I finally headed to Mavis. Zach was finishing with a customer ahead of me. I was impressed with his eye contact and helpfulness to that customer. Then, he filled all of my tires. No waiting, no charge! I wish I lived nearby, so I could give them my business!

Not what anyone wants to deal with on any given day. I called around to a couple of places but they all wanted to see the tire first, THEN I'd need to schedule a future appointment- ugh! But then I called Mavis, I talked with Zach Who was friendly and understanding, even empathized with how frustrating it was to discover a flat tire. He offered to take care of it right away while I waited. They were quick and kind and sent me on my way without me skipping a beat in my day. THANK YOU MAVIS TIRE!!! And thank you Zach!!! I will absolutely tell anyone in the same position to go straight to you Guys!!! You've been a lifesaver!!!

Upon examination, they determined a plug was necessary. Upon a return call, they indicated the tire needed to be replaced but none were on site. We drove to pick up the car and possibly order the tire. They indicated the run flat tire was erroneously plugged. When offered to pay to order the replacement tire, my lack of confidence in their responsiveness and expertise led me to consider alternative options.
