    Worst possible experience. I'm 100% disabled, i purchased 2 windshield wiper blades and asked the cashier if they still put them on for the customers. The cashier said yes and then an employee that i was not even speaking to said "what kind of a man can't even put a windshield wiper blade on their own vehicle by themselves." At that point myself and the person with me walked away to go get the blades off the shelf, we returned to pay for them and that is when I informed the cashier that I did not know the employee that spoke to me that way. I asked why their employee would speak to a customer that way, when any one could clearly see that I am disabled. The cashier was understanding and we went outside and waited for the person to change out our blades. Which turned out to be the employee that made the rude comment. When I explained to the employee how awful to say that to someone who is disabled, the employee doubled down and took the situation to a whole new level of awfulness. Which ended in the cashier who made the sale coming outside to my truck and informing us that she was the fill in manager of that store for that day. She quickly defused the situation by telling the employee to go in the store, and she put the blades on herself. This is not going to be the end of this experience, not even close. Absolutely appalling behavior and no one could be anymore dissatisfied with the words that came out of that person's mouth.

    My first time ever here today. I went for a battery, but they didnt have the one i wanted, but the store inventory said they did. So, the employee there gave me a different battery, that cost more, but charged me what the one I wanted cost which was less. . Talk about excellent customer service 👏 I can't even believe it, im SHOCKED bc in 11 years I've lived here, this is only the 4th time I experienced kind customer service, sad but true, he also installed it and did an excellent job, and pretty fast too.im sorry I didnt get his name, Hes definitely an asset to this store. Very knowledgeable as well. So, Thank you for reminding me how things used to be. When people actually treated people like they matter. As a result, I will DEFINITELY be going there from now on for my car needs . 😁And I highly suggest everyone to go there. God bless and keep up the amazing job you do.💞
