  I had a tire that had been losing air and giving me grief for months but I hadn't had the time to make an appointment to get it looked at. I ended up with a few free hours and they were able to get me in within an hour of calling and fixed my tire up. Also had great snacks and water in the waiting room. Would definitely recommend.

  I called the number provided on Google. A lady with a heavy accent answered the phone. English is not my first language. Neither it’s hers. So I had some hard time to understand her. I told her I needed camshaft sensor for Subaru. She did not know what camshaft was, asked me to spell it multiple times, then she gave up on it and just started to schedule my appointment. I was 10 mins away from the shop and it took me 10 mins just trying to spell the world camshaft out. It easily could take another hour for her to collect my other info for the appointment, so I decided I would rather drive straight to the shop. As I arrive, I was still in my car when a guy went outside and told me they were packed for at least 2 hours. I understood it was an invitation to leave but I thought I would still go and book an appointment for another day. When I walked to the registration desk, same guy met me there even more unfriendly. Turned out, they don’t even work with Subarus who were made after 2016. If that lady who answers the phones would tell me this in the very beginning, I could save a trip and would avoid meeting not so friendly people. And that lady on the phone knew I needed camshaft sensor for Subaru. Besides, if she would schedule me to come in couple days later, I would loose those days and the car still would not be fixed. So, it was an unpleasant experience but I’m glad I did not schedule it with her over the phone. This review is like hands up for those who need to fix Subaru made after 2016 - this place won’t serve you. And maybe it’s better to call the mechanic and not their customer service.

  I cracked my radiator, spitting my tires in this blizzard that we just had this past weekend. I had no idea where I was going to turn on what I was going to do. I called Monroe and they told me to bring the car right in. Taylor and the rest of the staff do impeccable work! They do whatever they can to get your car in as soon as possible, way quicker than any other place I’ve ever dealt with! The pricing for the work done was reasonable. I would highly recommend Monroe on route 30 in North Versailles for anyone that has anything they need done with their car.!
