They checked out my situation, advised me into getting them some ratchet tie-down straps, took care of it and sent me on my way in the matter of minutes. Gave me the ability to drive safely home and make a maintenance appointment for a new part. Huge props to these folks for what they do and how they do it. Thanks again!!!

This is the second time the staff have lost the cap down in my engine and I had to replace it. This was brought to their attention as I sat for an extra 30 minutes waiting for them to get the cap out. They never did! Told me a manager would call me. The employee Nikki made a joke how he was “basically a manager and was a senior tech” yet he and Blake couldn’t take enough care to not drop the cap in my engine. They never called me like they said they would to replace my cap.
