I needed an emission and vehicle inspection. Although I will eventually need breaks and tires, it wasn’t quite the time and they were honest and professional enough to tell me rather than insisting on a sale.

They plugged it took it home (half hour away) put it back on her car, she went to leave it was flat again. So I took it back they had to plug it again. So I got stuck paying $63, I could have gotten a new tire for a little bit more money. Not to mention the time and gas wasted..

My personal roadside service only covers my vehicle. People don’t carry jumper cables anymore. I was in the Denny’s parking lot, I asked a man if he had cables he said no but NTB is right there they might help you. I said oh ok thanks. What luck. I walked up to an open bay. Explained my situation, no judging, no attitude, no sign of inconvenience. Just sure we’ll be over in a minute. I was so relieved. Positive energy and kind people who helped because they could. To the staff at NTB I wish you prosperity and protection. Thank you
