After dealing with a few dealers with little inventory, we decided to go to this Toyota dealership. Keirin greeted us and after we explained what vehicle we were looking for, he exceeded our expectations and found the exact car we were interested in. He could have easily tried talking us into a more expensive model but instead went on a search to find exactly what we wanted. His knowledge, and professionalism was superior, as was his understanding of exactly what it is we came in to buy. This is the first time I can ever remember actually enjoying a car buying experience. And we would also like to compliment Jim Pirl, the finance manager. He also was a pleasure to deal with. Again, very sincere, and professional. Thank you both for making this experience so easy and enjoyable. It is refreshing in this time to deal with people who actually care about your experience instead of trying to sell you something you do not want. Both of these individuals are a credit to your business and will be the reason that I strongly recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

As a new mom, I appreciated being able to communicate mostly by text to avoid long hours at the dealership. Chad was pleasant and professional, but despite clearly stating my parameters, trade value, and budget from the start, I was asked the same questions repeatedly with no real progress. After more than a month of waiting and negotiating, I left without the vehicle I had been hoping for. While I understand they have a “clear cut” pricing structure, I was left in the dark through the finance process, took multiple hits to my credit, and received no closure. What started as a promising experience turned into a drawn out process that cost me time, energy, and opportunity and I’m still searching for a vehicle.
