The girl at the North Charleroi location with dark hair and glasses ,Danielle the manager, was HORRIFIC, RUDE, SMART MOUTHED AND EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL!!!! She was not only disrespectful to my Father and I but her coworker. She wpuld not let us complete a sentence and brushed off what did get to say. She was very condescending and gave us an attitude the entire time. It is a shame to have someone like her representing your company who treats paying customers in such a manner. I have been renting from Enterprise for years and never have been treated this way.. In the past, I had a wonderful experience with the staff at that location. I have nothing but kudos for the rest of them.

The girls were friendly, nice and gave wonderful trip suggestions. They were well informed, detailed and were patient with me. I get easily anxious and the girl joked and made light-heart of waiting. I recommend if you are looking for direct and punctual customer service.
