Enterprise just so happened to be a quick 10 minute Uber ride from my hotel, and was just around the corner from where my vehicle was stored in a tow yard, so that is where I went. I booked my reservation online, and the worry set in. It sometimes can be hard to get these smaller rental car locations to give up their vehicles for long one-way trips as they are hard to obtain, and I fully expected that hassle here when Danielle called. Much to my surprise, she was just calling to make sure I was who I said I was and confirm my booking! Once we got to the counter, the great hospitality continued. I explained our situation, and after looking at the vehicle we were assigned, I asked Danielle if she would bump us to a larger mini-van for the trip home. She happily honored our request. The entire experience was quick, painless, and easy. Danielle was extremely friendly, helpful, and understanding of our situation. A great, hassle-free experience with a great employee. Highly recommend if you need a rental car in the area.
