- ACAnthony Casella2 days ago5.0Great experience at the Mavis in the Norristown/Audobon location! I needed a new tire after my old one got popped on a nasty pothole. I originally went to the KOP location, but for some reason they only gave me the tire without mounting it onto the rim from my old one, which is why I came in the first place. I was asked to leave my car with them, but I needed my car for the day and wasn’t really sure why I had to leave my car with them just to mount the new tire onto the rim (I should just be able to come back and pick it up when it was ready). I had to leave in a rush, and so I only had just the tire — no rim — with me when I did. It was likely just miscommunication but I was confused and frustrated, especially since I asked if I can leave the old tire with them (so they can do the mount), and he told me that wouldn’t be necessary (right before asking for my keys to leave the car with them). Maybe he thought I wanted the tire changed for my car too, but I never asked for that. Just needed the new tire with rim and then I’d change it myself. I went to the Norristown location, and after letting them know what happened, they took both tires and did the mount in 30 minutes, and when I came back they didn’t even charge me for it! It was a pleasant surprise and 100% made up for the weird interaction at the KOP location. Will definitely come back here again for any future circumstances!

Our tires are difficult to find, but they resourced a solution—personally driving to different tire suppliers, and ultimately brainstorming an alternate solution—and got us back on the road quickly. They were prompt, honest, professional, and cheerful in a stressful situation. 5 stars.
