- LLLivSep 8, 20251.0If I could rate less than a 0 I would. I am so beyond upset with my experience. I bought a used 2017 Mazda Cx-5 from here in 2022. Within 3 years of having the car that I paid a good penny for, It had to get a new engine, etc, etc, etc, etc. Unsafe to keep driving. I got my inspections done at Wynn as well and we had problems with them trying to charge us for things that they would have to do anyway and they passed my car each time with no problems when there were lots of problems all over the car. I was sold a Lemon. I believe that before selling the car they barely did any thorough checks. I wasted so much money on a car that had problem after problem that I expressed to them and was overlooked. I got $4000 to trade it in and had to get a new car already. It had 2 owners previously with low miles so clearly something was wrong with the car that they chose to not disclose with me. They did everything wrong. Maybe they do better with new cars, but do NOT get a used car from them. Basically they stole my money and I am pissed. Most companies will work with you knowing they sold you a lemon and you only got a few years with it and negotiate maybe some money back or something. So disappointed and mad.
