There was large line but the manager came through and talked to everyone that was in line to make sure we knew they were going to get us taken care of. Over $100 for an oil change is a bit on the high side.

They went further and lied or more likely just flaked about it on their form ("Checked--OK"), when I've been completely out of wiper fluid for days. Couple of other bogus "OKs" on there too. They also replaced a part and charged me without letting me know ahead of time. I don't care if it's $3 or not, I explicitly said "no extras" at the beginning. Only positive? I didn't have to leave my car.

They made me and my wife feel like such a burden when we went there on 2 occasions. They are not friendly and when it was time to pay, the employee just put the payment processor right in my face and just looked away like he didn’t want to be there. Also, last night we found the rag attached to the bottom of the car that they used during the oil change. We took this rag off and then the next day after my wife finished work, she noticed a huge puddle on the ground where there was a big oil leak. She took the car back to get this fixed and her first interaction with them started by them saying “bro stop turning the steering wheel”. The employee who assisted her was incredibly rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. To the management team, you are doing an awful job with this location. Hold your employees accountable and ensure that they put the customer first. Set the standard higher, increase their pay, get newer/better employees in there, or do all of the above to ensure you have a competent team that actually care about their jobs. To all prospective customers, avoid Valvoline (at least at this location) and go to Midas or somewhere else.
