  Seemed like there was no staff and the staff that was there didn't seem to know what was going on I needed a part that didn't know where it was. I found it. I asked for another adapter. They said they didn't carry it. I found it

  We found the part we wanted on the internet, then we called the store and ordered the part through Stephen at the Germantown Pike store(previously PepBoys store).He was knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and friendly. We were promptly called when the part arrived the next day. We went in the store to pick up the part, were well greeted and the part was in Stephen's hand, waiting for us. Wonderful people-person, terrific service.

  So grateful to the personnel at AutoZone today, in particular, Menelik who helped us solve a problem and never once made us feel like he was talking down to us. We got new wiper blades and some great input too. Everyone was helpful, the store was organized and I will definitely return.
