- MMMeredithFeb 22, 20265.0Walked in was immediately asked if they could help me with anything I needed a new battery since I had to jump my car the last 2 days sam she’s the store manager went out checked the battery said it was bad and I needed to get a new one she explained every battery that she had for my car warranty and all I choose the battery I wanted. She offered to install it for me and she did. When she was finishing up she happened to see that my wiper blade was ripping off told me about it she helped me get new ones and even put them on my car. Wonderful kind woman. 10/10 recommend coming here.

The store was a little busy and thank god there were no kids around. This is not my first encounter in this store with her. My credit card company won't dispute it because advance Auto is sending them a receipt for a bunch of stuff I didn't buy. And the manager I spoke to on the phone won't do anything for me. Her answer was that I have to drive all the way back there on my time at a specific time in which her and the other employee are in the store at the same time.... How about you? Just correct your fraudulent charge. Never going to advance Auto ever again. And probably going to be getting rid of American Express as well.
