- JLJoe LOct 22, 20251.0Booked a reservation here. Got confirmation of the date and time. NOBODY WAS THERE TO HELP ME WHEN I ARRIVED at the date and time! Door was locked. There was literally nobody there. Went next door as the note on the door said. Burly mechanic told me to pound sand and they had nothing to do with enterprise. I had to go to the peckville location an hour out of my way to pick up the rental. Dropped off my rental here and nobody was around that day either to receive the drop off. Booked through a travel site and all pricing i was given and any deal was disregarded because of the change. Ended up paying 4 times what i was quoted on the site.
