After someone else “topped it off” for me, I brought it in for a full oil change. Not only were the service techs professional and friendly, but they me know that my car takes an incredibly specific oil (which was not what it had been topped off with!) Even though they didn’t have my specific oil in stock, Devon and the manager helped me figure out where to get it quickly and completed the oil change for me when I returned. Not only did they save my day, but they very well may have saved my car! Thank you so much for everything!

He showed me all of my filters were clean and even the dipstick after the oil change. I highly recommend using Valvoline on Tarentum Bridge Road. 10/10.

Your workers were not filtering in the cars so that they went in order, it was more of free for all. This free for all resulted in me waiting for an hour and a half to get serviced where your website said that I wouldn’t wait more than 10 minutes. The entire appointment ended up taking more than two hours. I guarantee you I will never be coming here ever again. There were people just standing around talking the entire time as I was wasting my time.

He was extremely friendly which is nice at a place like that where you normally don’t get customer service like Joe and Danny provided! Highly recommend this location
