    I stopped at Valvoline Instant Oil Change and wanted to note the service was excellent. Danny and Devan took care of my vehicle. They replaced worn items and made helpful recommendations throughout the process. It was busy but they ensured me of how long it was going to take and kept me informed of the service while in process. They also mentioned a courtesy check of fluids and tire pressure, which is very helpful during the winter season. Customer for life!

    Great service visit with Brady and Ray today! They were very attentive and thorough throughout my oil change - I appreciated their friendly and helpful personalities. As a long time customer of Valvoline, I am very happy to have a new location so close to home.

    On October 27, 2025 I had my oil changed at Valvoline Instant Oil Change located on Tarentum Bridge Road, New Kensington PA. Store #060137. They did change my oil but neglected to tighten the oil filter. I drove approx. 1 mile and the filter dislodged from engine. Unbeknownst to me, my engine was spewing oil. Every drop of oil spilled out of my motor, onto the street and a parking lot. The technicians and managers at the site were polite and tried to rectify the situation--but I filed (2) complaints with corporate, and they have basically ignored me. I know I will never return due to these circumstances.
