I canned ahead to let them know that I was in route and might be a few minutes late and asked if someone could wait a few minutes for me. Sarah Morrison was very rude and unwilling to help with my situation and left me on hold and left for the day. I feel this is very unprofessional and I will not be using this location ever again.
