    Had an accident and USAA set up for me to pick up a rental for use. My visit was good, the staff seemed very friendly, and went out of their way to make sure my rental had an ice scrapper, it was 23 degrees and snowing when I got my rental.

    After being broke down on the side of the road all day I pre booked a rental. My semi was finally towed to a shop where i quickly booked an Lyft to the rental location. I canned ahead to let them know that I was in route and might be a few minutes late and asked if someone could wait a few minutes for me. Sarah Morrison was very rude and unwilling to help with my situation and left me on hold and left for the day. I feel this is very unprofessional and I will not be using this location ever again.
