  This review.I hate to give because they were very polite and professional.But the bottom line is, my car is not better.In fact, it's pretty much the same if not worse.Certain cars need certain transmission fluids, and there's always the universal generic but when you put in the universal generic and charge me as if you put in the official i feel played. Every time my car shifts hard between 21-41mph, I think I should have gone to an official mechanic for my type of car, we all feel they charge way too much, but maybe ultimately, it is worth it. Because my car is still having the same problem if not worse only a few weeks after having this work done. I cannot recommend this place because as polite and as professional as they were and they were, I can't say they're very honest. I asked him, did he have the right everything to do the job specifically because other mechanics had already told me they don't and respectfully declined to do the job. But he said he did and he hit me with the generic quick job which just doesn't get it done and you only charged me fifty dollars less than the official mechanic would have So that's on me i thought about calling them and asking them, but I know the answer and they'll never touch my car again. So I just have to chop this one up as a loss *UPDATE* ( So I spoke to them about the issue. And of course, they said they did not use w s compatible, but instead, the proper fluid. Why I'm still skeptical? All problems point to the wrong fluid being used, because the problem got better briefly and then became worse. If that was not the problem it would have never gotten better from the transmission fluid change. Second, it took 45 minutes. This job usually takes about 1 1/2 hours if completed properly with the proper equipment. TCC malfunction can be caused by incorrect or degraded transmission fluid it's literally the only thing wrong with the vehicle But of course, according to them, it's something else. So to the mechanic I spoke to who seems cool. If I can't see the bottle, the invoice or part number.I can't believe you used the proper fluid because most shops just don't have it sitting around, you did it way too fast, the problem got slightly better and then way worse. Too many people who are familiar with this issue or who have dealt with it are coming to the same conclusion. And you still could be right. But I don't believe it so no I will not be removing this review. In fact, if I can find out conclusively that that is the wrong fluid then i will update this review yet again. If I find out you used the proper fluid and just the TCC has began to fail in the meantime. I will apologize here but during our conversation, you never offered any way of proven it besides saying it. *You never showed me the bottle or proved what fluid you used ( some mechanics will show you the fluid that was taken out.How degraded it had become and what they replaced it with) *You did it way too fast *The problem got better for a week or two and then worse I'M IRRITATED SO I WILL SAY THIS BEFORE GOING TOO FAR UNTIL I FIGURE OUT WHAT REALLY HAPPENED.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.I'M SORRY I STAND ON THAT

  This is by far the worst place to ever take your car. The man lies to you and will try to scam you . Try will try to get you to replace parts that don’t need replacing.and will charge you more than he quoted you 2weeks later and my car won’t start Same problem $2,700 later NEVER use them

  Kurtis does great work on my 2002 BMW. He is fast, courteous and doesn't kill me on price, considering my car is over 14 years old. I can often call and get my car in the same day for service.
