    Received a KBB offer for nearly $3k. Went to All Access and they offered me $500. Went somewhere else where they honored the deal on KBB. I do not recommend using All Access.

    I decided to buy my first ever car here in 2023, it was an awful experience. I started out buying a Chevy, did all the paperwork, gave my down payment, and left excited with my brand new car. Two weeks later I get a call from them saying that I have to bring the car back, they shouldn’t have sold it to me because it had a broken frame. How does that get past everyone? Why was that car even on the lot? They show me a kia optima and say it’s the perfect replacement they already had it picked out for me. We get to the paperwork and it’s $2k over my limit. We’re already in the process and I already did all of this two weeks ago so I just say fine clearly not happy. I just wanted everything to be over with and to have a decent car that is mine. I get in the car and the tire light is on. They said it should go out soon because they did something, years later this light is still on. A couple months after getting the car something is up, as I’m driving the car the gas just stops going. I bring it back and tell them, they say they can’t find anything wrong. I keep driving like this for a few days until my boyfriend YouTube’s it and finds the solution in literally the first video and fixes it for me. Also soon after I got the car I brought it back for the tire light because I wanted my car to function properly, when they are done the light is gone, I make a 20 minutes drive and 10 minutes in the light is back on. I now know it’s a broken sensor because someone who changed my tires seen it and went to go see what was wrong. So that makes me wonder why they couldn’t figure it out, or did they not want to replace it that bad? I highly recommend not buying a car from here unless you want endless problems and stress. Also want to add that they “cleaned” this kia two times. They said they cleaned it before I got there and then while we were doing paperwork he sent somebody to go clean it, I have found so much windshield glass under the two front seats. There was no way they even touched under the seats.

    From the moment I fist reached out to All access Motors, Matt was great! He made sure to remain open and honest about my options, the quality of vehicle I was searching for, and all options he felt were a best fit for my needs. Over a 6-7 month period, he would check in, without being to invasive and over bearing, not to push me into a sale, but to check in on how my financial situation was, and to keep me updated on what was coming on and off the lot as he felt appropriate to my search. As someone who has shopped The Whole Pittsburgh area up until my purchase with all access and Matt, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a used car sale experience. No one can top it.

    I went there looking for a used car. The salesman was very helpful and showed me a car that I did buy. I like the car I bought. I like the service they gave me. And I like the salesman, Robert Byrnes. Everyone that I had talked to was highly professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them to everybody

    I've bought two cars with these folks. In my experience, both have been excellent. I owned my truck 6 years (bought it when their lot was in Hopewell), ZERO problems. Have had my SUV for a year and a half, and just great. Shop the lot, be discerning, don't chase flash, and you'll be happy. When I went to buy the VW, knew what I wanted, all in, I was out in less than 2 hours. They serve their market very well.
