Went in for on oil change, my last oil change was 6/27/25 at this same location. I get a call from Phil telling me the oil cap is seal with loctite and they can try to get the cap off but there’s a possibility it will break and that they won’t be held liable for this. He then goes on to say they absolutely wouldn’t put this in the cap, and that I had to take the car somewhere else and I’d have to prove that I didn’t. I go pick up my car, they’ve removed the oil changes stickers sticker from my windshield and are denying it and then reset my oil gauge as if my oil was changed. I have proof from my bank statements that I’ve gone nowhere else. They say they have cameras to back up that they removed nothing (there aren’t cameras outside), but they don’t have access to the cameras, only corporate does. He’s saying that I can’t have gone how ever many miles without getting an oil change, well buddy I did. My car lets me know when I need one. There’s no responsibility to the work being done, no accountability to the fact that they did put that loctite on there. Now they’re saying they can try to take the cap off (still denying it was them that put the loctite on) but if it breaks we could owe anywhere from $700-1,500. Phillip has no customer service skills and should absolutely NOT be customer facing. He basically said they can’t do a thing about it, we can’t prove it was them, and we’re SOL. I will actively tell people to go anywhere else rather than deal with the headache that is this location. We’re currently waiting for the regional manager Jessica to reach out. It is now Monday 12/29 and we still have not heard from Jessica the RM. It is now Tuesday 12/30 and we still have not heard from Jessica the RM, even though we were told by corporate this head being looked into yesterday (12/29) Spoke to Jessica on 12/31 and she was great and helped us resolve everything on 01/03. Will definitely never return to this location. Palmer location on the other hand has knowledgeable staff.
