Brooks assisted me with trying to find the correct tire but couldnt get it in until the next day and was helpful enough, even though it meant his store didnt get the sale or business in selling my son 2 new tires, to guide me to another company in the area that might. Worked out that they actually did! A huge thanks goes out to Brooks for his assistance and this also represents the outstanding customer service Firestone employees offer in trying to help in any way to get you back on the road even if it means they sacrificed a sale for themselves.
