Now they claim there is damage on the passanger side of the car, on the bottom but there's nothing present in the photo post drop off. After going onsite the manager smugly had me get on the ground to look at it from that angle but it's nothing I can even notice and I feel like they're trying to take advantage of me. Even if there is damage they don't see the element that perhaps the other location I picked up from, in the dark may I add, didn't notice when they did the walkthrough. To add to this they conveniently they called me after they closed on a Saturday so I had to find the car in their lot and get this picture. I asked for pictures when they called and was told they would email me right after that call Saturday but am yet to receive. I also need to convey they called like there were concerned for me due to the "damage" and asked me if I was okay. Does the picture look like I was in a really bad accident? Folks - avoid this location and avoid enterprise. If you have no choice, take pictures around and under the car to avoid this mess and being taken advantage of. When we walked around the original rental car there were many dings and dents that were far worse that I was told to ignore and they didn't document those either on the original paperwork so this location will do everything they can to take advantage of you. It's almost like they make a commission off your misery. To make things even worse, if you have a problem and ask to speak to a district/regional manager they will refuse to give that to you and just stand there until you leave. They have no compassion or understanding and will try to take advantage of you so stand your ground if they try to take advantage of you.
