  This is the second Volvo we have bought from this team. We have to say they made it very comfortable for us to deal with our current situation following a car accident and to find a replacement vehicle. We cleaned the accident vehicle out on one day and stopped by to look at possible replacements. Mark met with us and we spoke to him and Marco about our needs. We returned a few days later and Mark was able to provide us with a fantastic deal on the car we decided we wanted. Marco took us for numerous test rides in multiple vehicles to help us with the final decision.   Just bought my 3rd vehicle from Brown Daub. Excellent all around service. Mark in Sales made the buying process a breeze. No BS just straight up honesty. Tony made the finance process simple and easy to follow. Ken absolutely knew the vehicle inside and out and even showed cool features I don’t know existed. No doubt the best dealership from Sales to service!

Jimmy reached out to me based on my interest in a vehicle, and right from the start, he stood out from other salespeople I’d spoken with. He was patient, professional, and very informative — not just about the car I was looking at, but also about other vehicles on the lot. Throughout our conversations by email and phone, he was always upfront and honest, answering every question clearly and never putting me on hold. I even asked him a few rhetorical questions just to think things through, and he still took the time to respond thoughtfully — that really showed me how much he cared about helping me make the right decision, not just making a sale.   My third purchase here over the past 14 years. I’ve been happy with the vehicles but more so the level of service. Very helpful and accommodating, no funny stuff either. Very straight forward with what you may need done, when and what options tou may have. Very professional.
