- PDPhoebe DolleSep 19, 20252.0Im not sure when Autozone stopped helping customers replace headlight bulbs, maybe I just got a bad customer service rep. Less than a year ago I went for a halogen bulb, and they replaced it without me having to ask. Yesterday, I went for a regular H11 and was told they "dont like to mess with the wires".....its one connector clip?? Idk who is working in an auto supply shop thinking my headlights are behind a motherboard. I dont want to leave 1 star, because of my precious experiences. If the assistance has ended, maybe put up a sign so people dont ask for help thats no longer offered. I could've gone to AdvancedAuto for that.
- RLRobert LoaneMay 13, 20245.0I would like to take a moment to share my experience at the Nazareth Auto Zone today. Ever since Covid it seems people are not as nice as they used to be. This was absolutely not the case at this Auto Zone I visited. As soon as I walked in the door a nice strapping man greeted me with a warm hello. I was then asked if he could help me find what I was looking for? I responded that I only needed two things. A 1/4 hose line for my dry rotted tillers gas hose. Also an air freshener from Little Tree for my stinky car. That my Blood Hound “Skippy” had jumped into wet. From swimming in the Bushkill Creek and boy oh boy it stinks like wet dog! I was pleased when your professional told me that they stock both there. I ended up buying a three pack of the air fresheners because this young man told me it would a better value. I want you to know Auto Zone the individual that helped me is why I would return here for my future automotive needs! I think you should buy the employees at this store a free lunch because you sure aren’t serviced like this anywhere anymore. Thank you and have a stupendous day.
