We went through 3 different people and none of them actually did what they were suppsed to do. Supposedly they petitioned Pemn Dot and got permission for us to get the interlock put in but nope! They didn't. Penn dot said they never got ANYTHING so we have this thing installed and we can't even use the car now because they won't sign the paperwork for us to send to Penn dot! All of a sudden we can't talk to a manager or get any answers. I would not recommend this place! They are clueless. Now they keep telling us we owe them more money but can't use the car or get the license without them signing paperwork. We went to the state representative she is helping us now but it's a shame how they screw people over like this and I was told IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, like WHAT!?!?!??! WHYYYYY!?

He didn't answer my question about if you 've started the process of getting my license back. If you haven't, please start it so I could start driving as soon as possible. Thank you

Place is a scam and will charge you more after you have the car in their shop. Wouldn't recommend using them
Frequently Asked Questions About Intoxalock Ignition Interlock
How does an interlock device work?
An ignition interlock device (IID) is a small breathalyzer installed in your vehicle to prevent it from starting if alcohol is detected on your breath. Before driving, you'll blow into the device. If your breath alcohol concentration (BrAC) is below the programmed limit, the car starts. Periodic retests occur during your trip to ensure continued compliance. To read more on Intoxalock, you can read our ignition interlock device guide.
What is the cost of an ignition interlock device?
The installation of an ignition interlock device, often called a car breathalyzer, typically costs between $70 and $150. This one-time fee is paid at the start of your lease and covers the service center's labor to install the device in your vehicle. Payment is made directly to the service center at the time of installation. For more on cost breakdowns, you can read our cost of ignition interlock device guide.
How do I use my interlock device?
Using an IID is simple. To start your vehicle, blow into the device as directed. If the device detects no alcohol, your car will start. You may be prompted for "rolling retests" while driving, where you’ll blow into the device again to confirm compliance. How-to videos are also available on the Intoxalock mobile app.

What happens if I fail a breath test on my ignition interlock device?
If you fail a breath test, your vehicle will not start, and the device will log the event.
