The techs performing the oil change gouged my bumper by with a prybar/ screwdriver while trying to open the hood. They didn't say anything to me just started cranking away. Then tried to sale me other things to go along with the oil change. I'm livid at this point.

It was my first time getting my vehicle serviced at Valvoline, and the prices, speed, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was fast, friendly, and super professional. Nino was awesome he took care of everything I needed and even checked my filters. He let me know I was overdue for an air filter change and showed me a side-by-side comparison of my old filter versus a new one, which I really appreciated.
