- JRJulie Ritter3 days ago1.0Called to schedule an oil change and inspection. They took the car and changed the oil, but said they were currently out of inspection stickers. They also said it would need rear brakes and rotors, so went ahead and had them put on (for 600 dollars). The next week we took the car back because their inspection stickers were in. They took the car. Later we got a call that the car would fail for front brakes and rotors as well as a suspension piece. None of this was mentioned when they advised us to change rear brakes. We decided to take the car home to do self-repairs (and to confirm the findings). While waiting for them to bring the car out, the staff were arguing back and forth about doing emissions inspections on cars that failed state inspection. The mechanic said he was not going to do it, because it was basically ripping people off. At first, they told us it was not done on our car. After waiting for an hour, they finally came back and gave me a bill for the emissions. Overall, the experience was poor, the prices were high, and the professionalism was nonexistent.
