Another Mavis store in Scranton completely botched my flat tire fix (caused separation) and said they couldn't do much for me. However, John contacted the store manager and then the regional manager to get this issue fixed. I got a new tire on them and all is well. Thanks John.

Unlike other Tire shops in Williamsport, these guys don’t hassle you with a million questions about your car, pulling out your air filters and showing it to you when you just want to fix your tire. I own a number of older vehicles that I attempt to keep in good repair and I take them to the crew at Mavis for inspections, alignments, tire balancing, TPMS issues, etc. The wait time is non existent and Chris and Will always take the time to let me know what’s going well with my maintenance routine and what could use some touching up. I’m always offered options for repair and leave knowing things are in tip top shape. I can’t thank you fellas enough, I appreciate your commitment to quality.
