- ALAnthony LeoroApr 14, 20261.0i went here for a simple oil change for my 06 charger and as i was pulling my car up to the bay the workers said the car might be too low, i acknowledged it and was ready to be on my way to find a new shop. they continued to tell me to pull it forward slowly and me trusting them i did, my car BARELY made it over the bay and i was told to back up when my bumper snapped back. my car was smoking terribly afterward and it took 3 guys to figure out how to pull my hood latch seriously.. then all 3 came to tell me it was my radiator that had a crack in it. prior to this i had NO issues at all just wanted a simple oil change to pamper my old girl and it turned into another thing. customer service was NO HELP they put the blame on us even after we repeatedly said THEIR workers told us to continue to pull up, they saw me stuck and continued to tell me i have to move my car and offered no help. manager told me “we just do oil changes we don’t work on cars” how interesting.. little to no remorse about their mistakes. afterward came to jack williams a little down from there to check it and they were all amazing, got my oil done there no issues luckily my hose just got loose but if they only change oil it’s for a reason. these guys no nothing about vehicles, save your time & money def go elsewhere. loved jack williams!

Valvoline team member said they could not do my oil change because of fluid underneath my undercarriage. “ All over the undercarriage”. I pulled out and checked myself. Only water coming from the ac unit hitting the ground. Took it down the street to Midas. Disappointed because valvoline really only performs oil changes. So, what does that tell you?
