I was in a hurry... a flat was the last thing I needed ... I was able to drive on and attend a family funeral as i had originally intended ... I was humbled by the skill professionalism and amazing generosity .... I can certainly recommend Mavis .... I have always recieved good service and quality products from all Mavis outlets .... but this particular branch of Mavis really took it to the next level ... hats off to you guys ...thank-you so much ....

A guy and his son were also waiting for their vehicle to be serviced prior to mine, but it had sat on the rack the entire time. My car was still hanging out at the parking lot and it was 3pm. I watched a guy eat his salad staring at the car still on the rack. There were 3 other guys besides salad man working at this shop. I'm an advocate for lunch, but this felt a little too much. I left and did not wait to get serviced here so I cannot attest to that part in my review. The guy who checked me in was super nice though.

I checked in at the front desk and they quickly assigned someone to help me. The technician diagnosed the issue right away—without even needing to remove the tire. He found a screw, removed it, and repaired the tire in under 5 minutes. Really efficient and professional service. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience quick and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Mavis to anyone.
