  Excellent service. Everyone was in the back when I came in and I wasn’t even waiting a second and someone came to help. It was a quick fix for my headlight, I brought the bulb and they didn’t even charge me for it.

  I had lawn mower tires that needed barrings changed out...the only place in the neighborhood willing to even give it a look. Super friendly staff and willing to help. I will definitely bring my car here for any issues with my tires.

  I got a flat and went to the tire shop across the street and they were giving me a hard time. I came to jack williams and they helped me immediately and were reasonable with the price. 10/10 experience. Will be coming t to get tires next time

  after an experience straight from hell at valvoline i came here and immediately everyone is on their game and helpful. from the guy at the front desk to the mechanics in the back, each person is super helpful and friendly, they have very reasonable pricing and they are very thorough when it comes to what they’ll do and what’s wrong with the vehicle. i loved it here and they made me look forward to my next visit without fear :) !

  All I can say is Andrew and the Jack Williams team are a rare find in the auto repair world. There is no one I trust more with my cars. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. When he left my local NJ store, I was honestly bummed. I tried staying local, and that decision backfired. Another shop told me an issue was nothing, and it turned out they had installed a part incorrectly which caused a cracked abs wheel speed sensor. I brought the car to Andrew and his team, and they figured out the real problem, fixed it properly, and even handled a stuck lug nut that no one else wanted to deal with. That experience confirmed it for me. I have no problem driving an hour to get my car serviced here. Some people might think that’s crazy, but after continually seeing the difference in expertise and integrity, I think it’s crazy not to. They consistently go above and beyond, and the techs are great. These guys are the real deal and their prices are reasonable.
