  I brought my car in, without an appointment, to have a flat tire repaired. Joel, and the entire staff were polite, knowledgeable and professional. They had my car serviced within an hour, including front desk work. Thank you.

  Hi this place complete disaster i went to fix my car not only its the most expensive place they also broke my brake line when they were changing my brakes and game me the car back my wife with 3 kids almost died and the manager was disgusting in his field no idea what he was doing rude and unprofessional also his mechanic assistant has no idea what he was doing no experience they both need a good Mechanic school and anger management classes . Please don’t go to this place. There’s many other places you can visit right in this area in a few minutes range of driving. Good day everyone God bless the USA

  Called and asked if they had any available appointments for an inspection. Got there and was told the mechanics were on break and should be back in 30 minutes and the inspection itself should take a little over 30 minutes. Over an hour later not seeing my car move at all I asked the guy at the front what's going on and he said the mechanics are on break they will be back soon. Mind you this is was more than an hour after I was told they would be back in 30 minutes... Thank you for wasting my time and not being transparent at all!

  I went to jack Williams tire 11/10/25 I was there at 7:45 because I always like to get my cars fix early so when they open the place at 8:00am I talk with one of the employee because I need it to do an aligment he told me there was nobody to 10:30 am that can do that job so I told him to safe me a spote for 10:30 am so I went back home for a bed an gad there again at 10:00 am an they told me they ware busy changing tires so I told him thats fine that I wait but I told the employee that the car had the rear aligment al ready he ask me were I did it so I told him in Mavis so he told me that they probably didnt do it wich I know they did so he was talking shit about Mavis an I was like ok than so I dont know what was the point if he wanted to get more money from me or something else so I was waiting when he told me he was busy I wait there around hour an a have or almost two hours an then I look inside were the shop an the workers were an they didnt have no one there a guy just get there after me for tires an they attended before me so I got really upset an I went inside an call the same guy to se what was going on an he was kind laughing about it an he didnt speak to me or nothing he just went get my keys an hand it to me an told me he was bussy I dont know how they have people like that working in that place its not profecional at all they should get new staff on that place so I left an I went to Mavis Discount tire an I recomend everybody to take there car there because they did the job with no problem an they really now how to treat people in Mavis Discount so I recomend this place they are very profecional an they do the job with no problem the best of the best Mavis Discount

  Ricky is great, there are a lot of tire shops here in mount pocono- since my first time in here they have been great, always professional and friendly. If you need a great local shop I recommend Jack Williams (they also have the nicest waiting area)
