    Ive never had such a horrible experience with an auto part place until this store. I sent a customer to get brakes for their car to replace them at the shop. She sent the customer with the wrong parts and she was very sure that we were wrong and she wasn’t because of her stuck up attitude my customer ended up having to buy not only the brake pads at another store but also two new calipers and rotors because of her mistake they ended up having to spend more money because their brakes didn’t hold any longer because she had them going back and forward for not giving them the right parts. This girl really had the audacity to tell my mechanic that we made the mistake and then not even apologize to the customer. I had to leave other customers unattended to tend to your stupid mistakes.

    As a disabled veteran who served in the United States Navy, I approach all interactions with respect. This review is intended to provide feedback on a recent customer service experience. While I commend the assistance and kindness demonstrated by General Store Manager Dawn and Retail Parts Professional Briana, the interactions with another employee, Lewis, were unsatisfactory. His conduct included rude verbal abuse and exhibited a racist undertone, which was deeply concerning. Furthermore, his decision to discuss the situation in Spanish, unaware of my fluency in the language, was unprofessional. I chose to remain composed throughout the interaction. The other employee suggested I speak with the manager regarding the matter. Unfortunately, Lewis's behavior has created a negative experience, making me hesitant to return to the store now and in the near future.
