- JMJake Mansfield5 days ago1.0Absolutely horrible experience. I asked them to look at a tire that was losing air. They came back quickly and said I need a new tire. So they replaced it. Tire still wasn’t holding air. Brought it back now they told me it was the wheel. So I asked why I paid for a new tire when it wasn’t a problem and they told me I never asked them to check the wheel. I mentioned THEY were supposed to check the tire first and came back and told me the tire was the issue. At this point “the manager “ was yelling at me and even cursed. We ended in a shouting match. These jokers are rude and incompetent. I strongly suggest going to Wissler just a mile up the road instead.

I had to call a tow truck on Christmas Eve and have a $900 bill due to issues caused by an incorrectly installed air filter that was done by them. They will take no responsibility for it. Horrible customer service.
