Guy flat out accused me of lying after I said I didn’t use it because he obviously lacked comprehension skills and wouldn’t take the return. (Not the guy with white beard. Dealt with him several times and he’s always been great) Went to another location and the manager said they have no clue what they are doing. Pathetic. Poor customer service.
