The assistant manager Chris showed no professionalism, and no respect for my time. Instead of helping, he was dismissive and argumentative. I left feeling frustrated and ignored. I brought my vehicle in expecting basic courtesy and competent service, but I received the opposite. The issue with my car is not fixed, nothing was explained properly, communication was terrible, and the entire visit felt like I was an inconvenience to Chris. I will never return to this location and I strongly recommend that others take their business elsewhere. There are plenty of places in the area that actually value their customers — this Mavis location is not one of them.
