- MNMatthew Nixon1 day ago5.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **A+ Service – Above and Beyond!** We had an unexpected issue on the road when a bolt came off our brake caliper, and we pulled into Mavis Tire in Moosic, PA at 4:15 PM — knowing they closed at 5:00 PM. We were stressed and unsure if we’d even be able to get help that late in the day. What happened next was true customer service at its finest. Four guys immediately stepped in, assessed the situation, found a replacement bolt which was amazing to begin with, and worked together to get us safely back on the road — all without hesitation and without making us feel rushed. I felt like we had our own pit crew. They could have easily turned us away given the timing, but instead they went above and beyond. When you look up “customer service” online, the picture of Mavis Tire Moosic, PA and its employees should pop up. Professional. Helpful. Efficient. Kind. Rockstars. This is how all businesses should operate. A+ service all the way around. We are incredibly grateful!
