  I bought tires online and had them shipped to Mr. Tire for install. Made an appointment… 2 hours later… 2 hours to mount and balance 4 pre purchased tires. It’s 10-15 minutes of work. Why even make an appointment? I should have known when I walked in and said, I have a 12:00 appointment to have tires installed and the response was, we’ll see when We can get to it. Absolutely unacceptable and never again.

  The manager Angel is extremely impressive. Not only was I able to have my new tires installed before the big snow storm, she also worked diligently to satisfy additional customers that did not have appointments with limited staff and time while remaining calm, kind, and focused.

  The crew at Mr. Tire hooked me up! Super helpful when I needed my tires Installed that I bought on marketplace. They were initially informative about which replacement tpms sensors I needed to buy to be able to reprogram with their computers (One of mine went out). Then I came back and they did all they need for my car included mounting balancing and then getting me an alignment Shout out to Aiden for holding it down at Mr. Tire. I’d definitely come back if I needed other services.

  Angel was amazing extremely helpful and got me in on the same day I called! She is such a professional and kind person to talk to.. she took time to explain to me different tires, makes and Miles all the details that I knew nothing about!! very extremely patient and made sure to tell me her best opinion which made a whole big difference for my selection ..... I am truly happy with everything about my appointment I want to also put a positive plug to Aiden who worked on my car ... From beginning to end it was more than I ever expected for a service appointment . He went above and beyond being so friendly and gave me suggestion that ultimately saved me a lot of money that day. I was just very completely blown away by the entire visit. glad I found Mr tires because I've never been there before. I decided to look up a great tire place based on reviews! Best decision I ever made
