I returned the car in better condition that I received it, way earlier than I told them I would return it, and they found a way to take money from me. The worker told me when I dropped the car off that I was getting $271 back just for the money to never hit my account. I call in to find out the issue, and Paula who was rude and entitled, didn’t like that I was upset. Not cursing or anything like that but because I talk loudly, she says she don’t have to talk to me when I’m like that. If y’all don’t scheme and steal from ur customers, I wouldn’t be talking loud. So I ask to speak to someone above her and she says there is none else to talk to. Bottom line I would NOT recommend going to this place and renting a car. There’s always some bullshit that happens when it’s time for them to return ur money. Always some excuse or pop up charge. Go to the airport, don’t deal with these clowns

That is, until I had dropped a car off on a Friday, 10 or so minutes after they closed (I was driving back from out of state.) I was charged for 2 additional days. I reached out and they told me that they would make sure it was fixed and that they would correct the billing. I still have the voicemail from Brian telling me that they'd get those days off my bill. But nothing happened. I called, I texted - I filed multiple customer support requests. The last conversation I had was some other associate saying he would "Review our dropbox footage and get back to you." He never did. I could understand if they couldn't do anything - if it was corporate policy to charge for every day they are closed. I wouldn't be happy, but at least they'd explain it. Instead, they made a false promise and then ghosted me. I won't return to this location, and I've started using competitors instead of Enterprise. I know that's nothing to them - they've made that clear - but it's all I can do as a customer.
