Jarren was wonderful! Traded in my 2017 Camry for a 2026 and he went over every detail of the car, all of the electronics, set up my phone and offered to do FaceTime for any questions that I might have along the way --- Such a nice experienced with Jarren and Brewer Airport Toyota!!
Just bought a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid from Brewer Airport Toyota in Moon Township, PA. Our salesman, Marty Armstrong, was awesome to work with! He listened to my wishlist for a car, gave me useful information during our test drive and let me proceed at my own pace with a decision to buy (not a pushy salesperson at all but communicated readily whenever I contacted him with questions). Once we decided to purchase, he made the process very easy for us and, when we picked up the vehicle, he took considerable time to orient me to all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. I would feel very comfortable calling - even now after the purchase - if I have any questions.

Just bought my second used RAV4 off of them in a year, the first one was for my son. After purchasing the second one the TPMS light came on the next day due to a faulty sensor. I called the sales person and was told I was on my own because this wasn't part of the warranty. I reminded them this was my second purchase in a year and that I've only had the car two days which still had a full tank of their gas. Anna their sales rep said her hands were tied and I was on my own. Well, needless to say, I won't be going back, they refused to put in a little extra effort for a repeat customer. Lesson learned.
