Recently purchased a new car Brewer Airport Toyota. I generally never leave reviews, but this was, overall, one of the best sales experiences I have ever had in any field. Jayden Cullens was an exemplary salesperson and a wonderful human being. He was very responsive, extremely professional, and straightforward. He is an excellent salesman who knows how to sell a good product without unnecessary haggling and gimmicks, which we see as a manifestion of his respect towards clients (and their common sense). We also want to mention Taylor from the financial department who was also highly professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. People like Jayden and Taylor who respect their customers and care about their work are sorely lacking in today's world. We wish them the best of luck and we will certainly recommend them to everyone.

Donnie and David were exceptional with our Sequoia upgrade! Both were very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. David assisted with setting up and walking us through all the new tech in our vehicle! Thank you!!

Fantastic people. Fantastic service. Jared was a massive help in this process. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and straightforward. He made my car buying experience top notch. I would recommend both Jared and Brewer Toyota to anyone who is looking for a top notch experience.

To be fair, this is a 20-year-old vehicle that has been well maintained and has never had any major issues until now. That said, my mom brought it in specifically for a major concern. Instead, over $2,200 was spent on multiple minor repairs while the primary issue was not clearly communicated upfront.
After those repairs, we were then informed the original problem still exists and would require an additional $1,800. Had this been identified and discussed from the beginning, she could have made an informed decision before investing that amount of money.
At this point, we’ve decided the better option is to trade the vehicle elsewhere rather than continue repairs here. The lack of transparency and prioritization of the main issue was disappointing.

On three separate occasions over the course of 13 months I caught their service department charging for services they did not perform. Red handed. When confronted, their management placed the blame on one service tech and claimed they had let him go. It's hard for me to believe I received the same tech on each of these visits, or that anyone was actually let go, how do you believe someone you caught in such an egregious lie. It's hard for me to believe one tech would take it upon himself to rip people off. Those kinds of decisions, to knowingly commit fraud, usually come from someone who would actually reap the benefits. How is management not aware such fraud is taking place? That's a managers job by definition, to manage employees so that such things never happen, let alone multiple times over the course of years. If this is how they operate in the service department with mere hundreds of dollars to steal I can only imagine what kind of indecent tactics they may use on the sales floor. Mark your tires. Mark your oil filters. Its unlikely what happened to me was a one off. Its unlikely what happened to me was just happening to me. What happened to me was not a mistake or a miscommunication or a misunderstanding or a clerical error. It is likely, however, that what happened to me is known in the eyes of the law as "theft by deception" or simply put fraud.
*Edit to address owners response:
Everyone knows you have to be careful putting your full name/information out there when in the public forum, what with all the sleazy business practices and fraud so rampant in the world. If anyone may be doubting the validity of my review they can search this dealership on the Better Business Bereau website, the PA State Attorney General's office or reach out to Toyota corporate
