This site does not take responsibility. Does not have the vehicle there has promised. To have this issue somewhat resolved took months.

- JMJohn MutschlerDec 2, 20173.0If you rent a vehicle from Alamo be careful completing the paperwork....They billed me $362.27 for additional insurance that I had no idea I was signing for....There was several lines that they require your initials and apparently one is for additional coverage beyond what I purchased at the time of on- line booking.The desk agent never mentioned another charge to my CC for $362.27 Now that Alamo has my money I've been forgotten. Never rent from them Again !!!
