  Worst Car Rental Possible. I work in customer service and I am a very patience and understanding person, but being bounced between the ignorant women and being told to call the 800 number. This site does not take responsibility. Does not have the vehicle there has promised. To have this issue somewhat resolved took months.

  Horrible service. Rental reservation was not ready when we went to pick it up. Will not refund any money due to the vehicle being not what we reserved

  Worse service ever reserved a vehicle 2 weeks prior and paid for. show up and and they have nothing and the lady working the counter did nothing to help assist with twh problem.

  If you rent a vehicle from Alamo be careful completing the paperwork....They billed me $362.27 for additional insurance that I had no idea I was signing for....There was several lines that they require your initials and apparently one is for additional coverage beyond what I purchased at the time of on- line booking.The desk agent never mentioned another charge to my CC for $362.27 Now that Alamo has my money I've been forgotten. Never rent from them Again !!!
