In fact, I left the car and when I came back there, they told me that the breaks are good and they did the oil change and the tires rotation. I left the location, and when I arrived home, I checked the tires and I noticed that they didn't do the rotation of tires, because I wrote in each tire a his number (1,2,3,4) and each tire was in its previous location. I've called them, and I told them that they didn't do the rotation for the tires, and they told me that they did that, the worker told me that they left the tires like the first time because the the front are good and safer. The problem is why they didn't tell me that they did not do the rotation of the tires? In fact, they should do the tires rotation because I bought the 4 tires in the car with breaks from them, and they installed them, and they give me a deal that I should do the tires rotation each 5000 miles for free, and I have to pay only the labor when I change the breaks for the car. Now, the question is may they did the same thing for the oil too? ... It's the last time I go there, and it's a lesson for me that I have to see anything when they do it and in anyplace... ill believe my eyes ... I advice a people believe them self ...
