  I believe the man who helped me today was named Craig, and he was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and quick. My wife's car battery was dead, but we had our fingers crossed it was just acting weird because it's been in the negative temperatures over night for the last week or more. I called ahead just so I didn't come in there and surprise anyone & they could could of line up whatever else they were working on lol, and my problem was resolved within 30 minutes of my arrival - THANK YOU! I can't believe how fast that battery swap was lol but I'm glad I got to learn a few things just shadowing Craig

  Bruce and crew at Auto Zone on 309 were absolutely top notch. We needed a new agm battery for my Son In Laws Buick. They had the right one, gave him the proper optional stuff to make sure the battery stayed healthy amd didnt oversell him. Once we got the battery installed we needed more help with a stretched terminal, a broken hold down and a warning message on the dashboard that wouldn't go away. We took the car back to Bruce and Company, and they walked him right through all the issues, tested everything they could (over and above) made sure he had what he needed, kept budget in mind and sent him on his way confident and without a worry. They're patience and kindness were exemplary. Excellent crew, and a great leader in Bruce. Thanks again guys, peace of mind and not feeling like you got overcharged and pushed out the door to make sales goals really felt refreshing also. All Auto Zones have been good, this crew tops them.

  Craig made my trip to the store easy and painless to figure out what was wrong with my truck. He tested my batteries to find out it was actually the starter. Craig was super helpful! The customer service was top-notch, and I'll be returning!
