  Justin saved the day! I was on the turnpike from Cleveland to DC heading to a family memorial with my elderly mother. My splash shield started dragging and I pulled off to attempt to find anyone to help. Tried 2 other places and it was an hour wait. Justin and his team clipped it back up for me and we were back on the road quickly. Thank you again so much!

  Micah, the store manager, is very accommodating, polite, and customer -service oriented. He is also very knowledgeable. I return to this location regularly to have tire work done for my car. He is the only one I have found in this industry that understands my needs.

  I bought my tires from NTB Monroeville and I have always received the best service for all of my tire needs. Appointments are quick and easy and the customer service provided by Micah was outstanding. I highly recommend NTB for all your tire needs.

  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during a recent visit to your location for a scheduled car service appointment. I called in advance and scheduled a same-day appointment for 2:00 PM. At no point during that call was I informed that I was speaking with a call center rather than the actual service location. Additionally, I was not advised that the appointment time might not be honored or that there could be any issues accommodating me at the scheduled time. Had I been made aware of this, I would have made alternative arrangements. I drove approximately 30 minutes to your location, only to be told upon arrival that my vehicle would not be serviced until 4:00 PM. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially considering I had made a confirmed appointment. What was even more disappointing was the manner in which I was treated by the staff on-site. The individual Justin I spoke with was dismissive, rude, and made me feel as though I had done something wrong or did not understand the process. There was no apology offered for the inconvenience, nor any attempt to provide a reasonable explanation or solution. All I need was a wheel alignment As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when I have taken the time to schedule an appointment and arrive as instructed. This experience fell far below those expectations. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed. I also strongly recommend that your appointment scheduling process be clarified to customers, particularly when handled through a call center, to avoid similar situations in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

  Stopped in for an oil change, and was surprised by the quick service. The staff up front were very knowledgeable about their services, and made sure that I was aware of the condition of my vehicle- even thought to check my wiper blades, which i am thankful for with all the rain lately. The back of house staff were attentive and made sure my vehicle was taken care of, which is appreciated compared to some other shops that just want you out as fast as possible.
