Awesome shop. Definitely a good place to go. They tell you what is really wrong with your vehicle. They don’t lie and try to rip you off. Been going to the for years. Got an appointment the same day!

Recently had a flat tire. They were able to order the tire and have it ready the very next morning. They are always accommodating and efficient. I’m grateful for their service even with short notice.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this shop and want to share it so others, especially women, don’t go through the same thing. I dropped my truck off for a state inspection, oil change, and battery replacement. When I left the vehicle, I also told them I had a coupon for a free alignment. A little while later they called and said they couldn’t do the inspection after installing a new battery. If that’s the case, why wasn’t that mentioned when I dropped the truck off? I ended up having to go pick the vehicle back up without the inspection. While I had the truck there, they also told me I needed new wipers and all new rotors, which would have cost around $2,000. This immediately raised a red flag because I had brand-new brakes and rotors installed at 40k miles, and the truck currently has 48k miles. When I asked if the rotors would have passed inspection if they had done it, they said yes. So why was I being pushed to replace them when they are basically brand new? The pricing was also inconsistent. When I dropped the truck off, I was told the total would be around $600 including the inspection. When I came back to pick it up (without the inspection), the bill was suddenly $650, and the explanation was that “labor cost more than expected.” For standard services like a battery replacement and oil change, that explanation doesn’t make much sense. They also never performed the free alignment I specifically mentioned when dropping the vehicle off. Because that service wasn’t done, I asked them to apply my free battery installation coupon, which reduced the bill by $150. That means they were originally charging $150 just to install a battery—something many places like AutoZone do for free. To top it off, after having my truck all day, I started it up and the tire pressure light was on. No one even bothered to put air in the tires. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here. In the past, they also messed up the tire sensors on my Subaru and told me they “didn’t know how to turn the lights off.” The only reason I went back was because they were the only place that could get me in quickly, but this experience reminded me why I promised myself I wouldn’t return. I guess there is probably a reason they are the only auto place in the area that can take your car the next day. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back, and I hope sharing this helps other customers make a more informed decision.
