  The pick up experience was great. Seamless car pick up an drop off. Great service person.. However, the next day, I reported that the rental vehicle was not drivable (limp mode/check engine light) and scheduled a tow between 8:00–9:00 AM on 4/11/2026. The tow did not arrive until approximately 4:00 PM. As a result of the delay, the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location I was directed to for a replacement had already closed (around 1:00 PM), leaving me without transportation for the remainder of the day. This caused significant inconvenience as I had important engagements and no access to a vehicle. I am now required to go to another location on 4/12/2026 with no guarantee of availability.

  Customers are no longer permitted to park in the parking lot while we have a rental car, which is massively inconvenient for renters on business travel.

  Josh is the best always welcoming and accommodating whenever we visit the enterprise on William penn hwy across from JD Byrider love them
