  I am a repeat customer to this NTB and will continue to be. They are always up front with their pricing and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. This specific time I brought my car in to get my tires rotated. They called me to let me know my back brakes were worn and if I was putting new brake pads on then I should do new rotors too. I then asked them to check my brakes on the front too because they’ve been squeaking and making a grinding noise ever since I got them put on. They told me that the front brakes were worn down as well and that they needed to be replaced but that they were under warranty and could replace them at no cost to me. Long story short, the mechanic had written down the worn percentage of the rear pads/rotors wrong and Micah called me back to let me know that my rear brakes/rotors were actually good and did NOT need to be replaced. I was very thankful with how honest they were because they could’ve charged me that larger $ amount, but they were honest and let me know I don’t have to spend as much. I was beyond thrilled. Micah and the guys were great and I highly recommend this NTB!

  Micah was a great help. He stayed late when we were stranded with a dead battery and helped us get the correct battery for our vehicle. He was kind and helpful.

  I made an appointment and talked to 2 different people. They knew what kind of car I have and still made the appointment. Take time off of work and drive to the shop just to be told they "don't even touch Teslas." Should have seen the guy's face when I told I bought the tires there. They will sell you tires but not provide service afterwards Edited hours later: the tires I'm going to buy at Goodyear are $100 more expensive but that's alright because NTB doesn't work on Teslas and more importantly, you wasted my time in the in the morning if a weekday, in the middle of the week, the week before Christmas, to tell me you don't work on Teslas. I don't mind

  Checked online the brand prices of the tire needing replaced. NTB had the best price so I scheduled an appointment. The service manager pulled up the information, gave me the exact cost along with an estimate of how long the service would take. In slightly less time than estimated I was on my way. Very pleased with the service.
