  Scheduled an oil change online and within 30 minutes, I got a call from Justin. I was able to bring it in early and get the whole thing done within 90 minutes. Awesome service. Awesome quality. Highly recommend this NTB for your needs!

  Stopped in for an oil change, and was surprised by the quick service. The staff up front were very knowledgeable about their services, and made sure that I was aware of the condition of my vehicle- even thought to check my wiper blades, which i am thankful for with all the rain lately. The back of house staff were attentive and made sure my vehicle was taken care of, which is appreciated compared to some other shops that just want you out as fast as possible. Thank you to NTB Monroeville!

  Called for price on Tesla tire. Was told they have it and reservation was made. After towing tesla to location, mechanics Inform me they "don't work on teslas". If i was made aware of this i could have got tire with another shop today. Now i wasted a tow AND a entire day because other shops won't get my tire until tomorrow. INCOMPETENT REPS ARE CORRODING SOCIETY!

  Justin and Emily were amazing and so helpful today. I got a flat tire and they were able to get me in and my tire fixed and back on my car within an hour! Emily was so nice and patient with my situation considering I had to get my kid to basketball across the city. They saved me today with getting my car back and running...it was such a good experience! Highly recommend!

  Scheduled service 2 days ago for new tires after finding a bolt in one of mine. Tires were delivered yesterday, and the appointment was for 2pm today. I scheduled for 2pm to ensure safety getting here, and arrived at 1pm. The gentleman at the counter was able to get my appointment moved up and get my car taken care of. Thank you, NTB Monroeville!
