    I have never used Monro before and was told by friends to go there. Started having car trouble on Sunday Dec 28th and they were able to get me in Monday Dec 29th at 8am. Told me what the problem was and had it fix in about 2 hours. Nicest people imaginable that work there

    Fantastic experience at the Monroeville Monro! I came in for my state inspection and was incredibly impressed with the service. The Store Manager, Dan, was awesome—he was professional, honest, and made the whole process completely stress-free. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but Dan and his team really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The service was quick, the communication was clear, and I didn't feel like I was being upsold on things I didn't need. I’ll definitely be back for my future maintenance. Highly recommend Dan and this location!"

    Great experience! Got a flat tire on the turnpike and had my car towed here. The wonderful gentleman went to a completely different store while it was snowing to get the tire I needed and brought it back. Very nice people!
