I waited for an hour (behind 2 other cars) took them about 15 mins for my car but longer for the ones in front of me. They obviously asked me for an up charge for an additional service (tire rotation), I declined. lower rating due to long wait and the fact that my car is covered in oil, stick shift and outer door due to them getting in and out of my car without changing gloves/ taking them off. I prefer the self drive thru for oil change. Lastly they didn’t reset my maint. Req. code on dash. Other than that the employees were friendly no issues there.
