- JHJerry HankinsDec 6, 20255.0Nice facility. The individual who took care of me was super nice. Really wish I could've rented the truck on Saturday AM as really needed vs Monday, days later. I still wonder if they actually had an available truck that Saturday AM... as I questions the customer service woman as she never called me back as she said she would. Another comment: I called their sales department Monday and Tuesday inquiring about a RAM 3500 listed for sale. I am thinking they really don't want to "sell" vehicles.

I show up, they are collecting my info, lady says I cant accept this card, it says debit on it. It HAS to be a credit card. I don't have one. Won't take check or cash either, along with it was never disclosed that it had to be a credit card only. Wasted a total of an hour and a half round trip to leave empty handed. Supposedly the person I talked to was no longer with the company.
