  I have consistently had a fantastic experience at this location. Olivia and her entire team are truly exceptional, consistently providing top-tier customer service that makes the whole process seamless. The trucks are always spotless and well-maintained, and I really appreciate that the billing is straightforward, no surprise fees or 'gotchas' when the final invoice arrives. The online reservation system is also convenient and easy to use. To Olivia and the crew: thank you for for making every rental easy and stress free. You guys are always hustling to get people in and out quickly and it does not go unnoticed! I especially appreciate you taking time to look for my lost jacket after my recent rental. I found it the next day on a pallet we had moved into storage! I highly recommend checking them out for your next rental! You won't be disappointed.

  Nice facility. The individual who took care of me was super nice. Really wish I could've rented the truck on Saturday AM as really needed vs Monday, days later. I still wonder if they actually had an available truck that Saturday AM... as I questions the customer service woman as she never called me back as she said she would. Another comment: I called their sales department Monday and Tuesday inquiring about a RAM 3500 listed for sale. I am thinking they really don't want to "sell" vehicles.

  Called 2 weeks ago about a 3/4 ton truck. Said not a problem, gave me the price, made the reservation. Fast forward to today. I show up, they are collecting my info, lady says I cant accept this card, it says debit on it. It HAS to be a credit card. I don't have one. Won't take check or cash either, along with it was never disclosed that it had to be a credit card only. Wasted a total of an hour and a half round trip to leave empty handed. Supposedly the person I talked to was no longer with the company.
