    We will give credit to the manager for attempting to resolve our issues. However, we were very disappointed in the overall experience. We reserved a jeep wrangler several weeks out. On pick up, despite multiple wranglers in lot, we were told we have a selection of Chevy trax, trailblazer, or ev crossover. The wranglers were apparently under recall. Regardless of our request, a comparable option was not available so we begrudgingly chose the trailblazer. As we drove off the lot, the prominent smell of marijuana became overpowering. The car reeked of it and it only grew stronger as we drove. We returned the car in protest. The manager did offer a CX-5 and a free tank of gas as a substitute. Without any other options, we accepted. While the car served its purpose, it did have the lingering smell of cigarette smoke-though nowhere as overwhelming as the trailblazer. All this to say, what good is a reservation if you aren’t able to fulfill? With a reservation completed many weeks in advance, how do you not ensure you have the correct vehicle or alert the customer of the change? We will not be going back to this location or likely using Enterprise in the future.

    Reserved a vehicle a month ahead and get there to be told they are not available and was given the option of a compact SUV or electric. The associate helping didn’t offer to adjust the price to reflect the vehicle given and was very dismissive when questioning this. Called corporate customer service and am waiting for a call back with a resolution, which the rep confirmed should have been taken care of on site. Vehicle also wreaked of weed, which could be smelt outside of the car.

    Excellent customer service. Sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable about the rental car and went over all the features with me. When I returned the car they gave me a ride home which was very appreciated

    Excellent Service! My recent Van Rental was smooth and painless. From ordering online, getting picked up, at my home and brought to the location...Wow! A caring and friendly staff had my spotless Van ready in a few minutes, we walked around the Van for a final inspection, and I was ready to go. I highly recommend Enterprise, no need to even shop around.

    Staff was extremely professional big plus and extremely accommodating. Unfortunately there was not a vehicle available that met my reservation request and the only option was an upgrade which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but with the only option being an upgrade that meant a higher cost in rental which is not ideal. Having a reservation set for over a week and a half it would be nice to get a vehicle that meets the reservation expectation and quoted cost. At the end of the day I was still able to get a rental due to the staff making accommodations so overall a good experience.
