The men in this location are absolutely horrid to deal with as well as an unfair bias to people they feel are beneath them. Its utterly disheartening! Especially because appearance shouldn't equal facade!! I have never received such aggregious behavior from such a professional establishment! I am a loyal enterprise user. I bought my car with you because of how wonderful my previous experiences in the past have been, and I seriously am considering returning it! This has actually hurt me as a person and I am so very disappointed and let down. I don't think I will ever be back. Please reach out to me to settle my financial concerns. Thank you. I was uncomfortable further handling this because each and every one of them has been adamant about preventing me from telling anyone what they did. Every phone call is recorded. So is every text and email. Your establishment was also very sloppy and I have a legitimate lawsuit if I truly felt violated enough. I am not opting into that for the time being. I am not being threatening in any way. I am truly just genuinely hurt and I want to talk to someone just to explain, I want to settle my debt, and be on my way. What I am seeking ONLY, is that NOBODY is to ever be allowed to treat people the way they do there. It's not just business, it's incredibly massive weaponized incompetence. That location has received ridiculous amounts of horrid complaints. I shouldn't have ever had to experience this and neither should ANY ONE else. I am a kind person. I would just like to talk to someone so I can move on and not worry about retaliatory behaviors from the location as I have numerous concerns that say my forms of payment are no longer safe, made with them, as they will not be reported accurately to the time of my payments or the letter of anyone's policies or laws. As they restrained and constrained every opportunity to be civilized economically productive civilians of establishment and they absolutely failed to be the promised representatives you sit them down to be the face of this company for. Thank you for your time. I apologize if I have wasted any of it. 🌻
