When I went to Enterprise Jeff reassured me they could meet our needs and outfitted us a wonderful vehicle that comfortably got 5 of us and luggage from PA to Montana. After watching very experienced tow drivers attempt to retrieve my belongings every way imaginable it was determined it had to be towed an 1 1/2 hr from my hotel in Morgantown Va. I was informed when I arrived the next day that the service dept was closed. I issued a challenge to asst manager, Marrek Paola and he didn’t accept it initially, but within a 15 min period he had figured out how to get into the car. As a result, he restored my confidence in an employee empowered and having the courage to act beyond the scope of his title for the sake of the customer. I felt heard. To see his face knowing how satisfied and happy I had become will be etched in my head forever. Thank you Marrek for accepting the challenge of thinking out the box, especially considering I was wearing my CUBS hat in Pittsburgh. God bless you and GO CUBS!!! 😉
