I was one of the people who said I’d drive my car till it died .. well it was totaled.. and now I had no choose. No hassle here, no lingering all day. One price on a certified car and warranty. Needless to say, I didn’t have to return my rental because it was through Enterprise. With the reviews I saw, I prayed, then called. Christianna moved quickly to help me and she got my rates down! She mentioned she loves to meet people and she’s for the people.. and she proved it. I have already told everyone of my great experience here at Monroeville Enterprise. Another sweet lady walked by and congratulated me😌. Mark, a manager also made time to say hello. Christianna reached out to me the next day just to see how it’s going. Luke, the manager at Enterprise also reached out the next day. I had a slight concern , and they decided to have my car checked out at my convenience for peace of mind. I DO NOT have to ‘go south’ to find great hospitality and people who care. I could go on.. but I will refer anyone to this location and purchasing a car through Enterprise.
